My New GREEK summer salad.
- Your choice pasta, cooked al dente
- Diced cucumber
- Sliced Kalmata olives
- Grape tomatoes, cut in half
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Chick peas
- Very small amount of red onion
- Marinated Artichokes, drained and chopped
- 2 parts plain yogurt
- 1 part real mayo
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toss together and chill till serving time
