Cindy's Tips: A Quick Dinner Salad

A quick dinner salad. Mix a salad of fresh spinach/hard boiled egg, celery, onion, black olives, Pepper Jack shredded cheese and a blend of French dressing with a little Red Wine vinegar and slight oil.
